The Children's Place: Which benefit can you get when becoming a Children's Place member?

What is myPLACE Rewards?

myPLACE Rewards is a FREE loyalty program, sponsored by The Children's Place, that allows you to earn points which can be converted to rewards certificates.

How do I become a myPLACE Rewards member?

You can sign up online or in any The Children's Place store in the United States. To become a member, you need to provide:
  • Your first and last name
  • A valid email address (Program communications, offers and rewards will be sent via email; therefore a valid email address is needed for membership.)
  • Your zip/postal code and phone number (We will need this to look up your account if you do not have your membership number.)

You are responsible for providing any changes or updates to your contact information.

Can anyone join myPLACE Rewards?

You can join myPLACE Rewards if you are 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States of America including Puerto Rico or if you are shipping an order to an address within the United States of America including Puerto Rico.

Why do you need my email address and phone number?

All program communications and rewards certificates will be sent via email, so you'll want to keep your contact information updated. We also collect a phone number should you prefer we use that to look up your myPLACE Rewards member number. Your zip code is used to send geo-targeted offers.

Why do I need to set up my account online if I signed up in store?

An online myPLACE Rewards account is required in order to access your points and rewards. If you signed up in stores, you will receive a Welcome email with instructions on how to create a password for your online account. Upon click-through of the Welcome email, and password creation, you will earn 250 myPLACE bonus points. If you signed up in store and did not receive a Welcome email, you can reset your password in order to access your online account. You must log in to manage points, convert points to rewards certificates and see your account balance/special offers.

I have a PLACE credit card; can I participate in the program?

Great news, as a cardholder, you're already a member of myPLACE Rewards. If you don't already have a PLACE credit card, you'll earn 100 points once you are approved!
You will continue to receive your everyday discount every time you shop, as well as earn points for the myPLACE Rewards program on the dollars you spend.  Points will be based on your spending after your discount has been applied.

What are the myPLACE Rewards overall terms and conditions?

The full terms and conditions of the program are available online here. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program terms. The terms published in the myPLACE Rewards section of The Children's Place website will be the applicable terms for the program. The most current online version of these terms will supersede all previous versions of these terms.
